Part 1: Assessment Considerations Chart For Part 1 of the assignment, you will complete a chart examining specific components of communication that are typically assessed when evaluating the communication skills of a child with autism spectrum disorder. You will define each of these components of communication, and discuss standardized and non-standardized assessment tools that can be utilized when evaluating these specific components. Provide at least two examples of standardized assessments. Include what needs to be considered when choosing a standardized assessment measure and identify the key professionals that would be involved in the assessment process.
